SoulCPR is a life changing process that helps people heal the past and live in the present. It unravels emotional blocks, resolves the lingering effects of trauma, and restores a person to wholeness. The fundamental purpose of SoulCPR is to heal the past and live in the present. We start from the premise that all feelings fully felt return to peace.

 

We are living in a time of rapid evolution and re-learning.  We are challenged to create a foundation for a new way of life in our World.  Transforming inner chaos into harmony can impact outer behavior.  Transformation is linked with increased consciousness, healthiness and an ability to really live in the present. Linda Danner Sprague

Founder and creator of the SoulCPR process, Linda has dedicated her life for the past three decades to helping people unravel their personal traumas and challenges in order to find their truest self. Linda holds a Master’s Degree in Folklore Studies from Indiana University, is certified in Trauma Resolution Therapy, Relief and Recovery and The Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator. She is also a practitioner of astrology and metaphysical studies. A public speaker, consultant and SoulCPR Master Guide, Linda works with a wide range of individuals and audiences to help people all over the world find empowerment.

Workshops

This SoulCPR Life Skills Workshop will include a soul transformation process to help you retrieve lost parts of yourself that are stuck in past relationships. We conclude with affirmations to keep us on track as we continue our journey of relationship with self and others.
